Understanding Workstyle Differences: True Colors Workshop Presented by Dina Cipollaro-Beck

LAPFCA is excited to announce that Dina Cipollaro-Beck of FUNdamental Training Solutions will be the presenter for our upcoming event, Understanding Workstyle Differences: True Colors.

Course Description

According to Peter Drucker, “Leadership is lifting a person’s vision to higher sights, the raising of a person’s performance to a higher standard, the building of a personality beyond its normal limitations.”

This foundational, virtual, and interactive workshop introduces participants to their own work and communication style while explaining the importance of accepting other’s methods.

Participants will engage True Colors – a short style inventory that serves as a communication basis throughout the training. True Colors also includes meaningful experiences customized around the participant’s self-identified “burning issues.” This dynamic and skill-based workshop ends in action planning for tapping into all employee’s potentials.

Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and engage in an honest practice, applying powerful and straightforward techniques designed to help you get your point across more effectively.

Event Details

This event is open to all employees that regularly interact, communicate, facilitate or engage with others.

To keep an interactive session, we are limiting this workshop to 20 participants. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

To RSVP or for any questions, please email Deveney Pula.
