Educational Programs
Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
The Western Painting & Coatings Contractors Association provides FREE, online sexual harassment prevention training to WPCCA members and their employees. This preparation includes 2-hour harassment training for supervisory employees and 1-hour training for nonsupervisory employees. Training must be done by January 1, 2021, and every two years after that.
This training helps employers comply with SB 778 requirements. Employers who do not comply with these guidelines may be subject to penalties, fines, risk of lawsuits, and agency charges.
