WPCCA 2025 Employment Law Updates Webinar Presented by Littler

A stack of new employment law bills have just been signed by the governor and are set to go into effect in just a few months. Our annual round up of new California employment laws will include not only a review of the substance of each new law, but will also offer practical suggestions for compliance.

Stay ahead of the curve with our annual presentation on new laws coming into effect in 2025, including updates to the FEHA discrimination statute, protected leaves of absence, captive audience meetings, PAGA, driver’s license requirements, artificial intelligence uses, CalOSHA updates, and more.
