Presenter: Rob Bruce

Rob started his construction career by landing his first paying job at the age of 12. From there, he continued to build and develop his skills to a point where he was able to give back to the industry through mentoring, consulting, and coaching others. Moving into roles such as construction manager on projects with contracts exceeding $20 million, he learned how to be a leader and innovator. Rob then used these accumulated skills to help create Contractor Foreman, a SaaS software that quickly became a leader in the construction industry. At Contractor Foreman, he has led the sales and training teams, as well as used his experience to create the design software itself. To supplement his personal growth and experience, he has developed and led many large community service projects involving over 800 people per project in renovating neighborhood anchor properties to bring the community together. In 2010, he was recruited to run for a State Senate seat in Oregon. He is glad he didn’t win.
